Before beginning any project, we offer an initial consultation to discuss your needs, expectations, and goals. Based on this discussion, we will provide a detailed project proposal, including the scope of work, timeline, and pricing.

Work will commence once you approve the proposal and sign the agreement, and deposits will become non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Failure to Deliver as Agreed: If we are unable to complete the project as outlined in the signed agreement and cannot reach a reasonable resolution.

Significant Project Delays: If we fail to deliver the final website within the agreed-upon timeframe for reasons within our control (excluding delays caused by the client’s failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals),
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

Initial deposits, which cover planning, design, and development work.

Third-party fees such as domain registration, web hosting, or other external services, as we do not collect or control these payments.
Once work has started, refunds will not be issued for completed work, even if the project is canceled before completion.
4. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request explaining the issue. We will review your concerns and determine if a refund is warranted. If approved, refunds will be calculated based on the portion of work completed at the time of cancellation, minus any non-refundable fees.
5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. No Refund After Project Completion
Once the final website is delivered and made live, no refunds will be issued unless unresolved technical issues prevent the website from functioning as specified in the agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project timeline and successful outcome, clients must:

Understand that delays on their end may impact project timelines and will not qualify for refunds due to project delays.
